Job Responsibilities and Requirements :
8-12 years Experience
You should be a seasoned hands-on technologist with a strong background in designing and building modular, scalable and testable enterprise systems.
Extensive experience working and developing with EBS and Fusion modules is a must.
You will be required to work collaboratively with project stakeholders to design and develop components of Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion architecture to support current and future business needs.
Your role will strongly influence technical direction, come up with detailed implementation designs and be accountable for stability, scalability and extendibility of the architecture.
You will actively participate in the full SDLC including development, deployment, testing and support of the application.
Part of your role will also be to work collaboratively to ensure solutions integrate with other components of the architecture, meet high technical quality standards, and follow software development best practices.
Hands-on experience of most of the modules in Oracle EBS / Fusion
Minimum 7-8 years of experience (preferably techno-functional) on EBS and Fusion together
Worked as a BA / Solution Architect role at least for 3 years
Good knowledge of Migration knowledge from EBS to Fusion
Very good know-how on PL / SQL
Understanding of US Payroll along with deep knowledge of other processes (FI, P2P, O2C)
Certification in Oracle EBS, Fusion and Oracle Cloud Certification is highly desirable.
Good listening skills with the ability to make timely well-informed decisions
Ability to translate business requirements and architecture designs into system designs
Ability to judge people and experience of managing / leading a team
Excellent written and communication skills
