This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. Responsibilities include some of the following.

  • Ensuring operating model standardisation
  • Report on the status of ongoing initiatives, resource availability and project prioritisation
  • Responsible for the assessment and sign-off of new project requirements and change requests to support project delivery
  • Responsible for managing business engagement and change management
  • Responsible for delivering release management to ensure that transition projects and services are successfully implemented to agreed changes
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the data management agile principles
  • Manages all stages of delivery for data related demand projects
  • Support the continuous improvement of the service by identifying improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for the definition of data quality KPIs and SLAs
  • Support in the management of in-house talent and identify the opportunities for developing the MDM Organisation
  • Identify new opportunities to provide learning and development for the MDM team

  • Proven experience of applying transition processes and ability to demonstrate a successful track record of managing MDM Service Transition projects.
  • Can demonstrate effective MDM Service Transition documentation
  • You will ideally have experience of supporting best practices for an Enterprise MDM team
  • Knowledge of tailoring MDM service capability to meet business growth plans
  • Proven track record of managing MDM resources
  • Knowledge of tailoring MDM service capability to meet business growth plans
  • Strong MDM knowledge, program management, process improvement, staff development, change management and interpersonal skills
