Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries - Understand the Queries of customers & respond to telephone / email inquiries and receives information pertaining to Air reservations.
Assisting customer with making a reservation / modification / cancellation / refunds & Flight Information - Inform customer about the Schedule and Cancellation changes.
Processing passenger tickets and handling complaints - Answer incoming calls and provide information relevant to the service or product asked for -
Answering telephone calls for ticket fare, reservations, arrival and departure, and general inquiries - Investigate customer problems and provide speedy resolutions -
Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers - Ensure maximum conversion of quotes into bookings - Processing the established daily metric, while maintaining an average talk / response time consistent with current business needs.
Work on Failed Bookings on Website and provide suitable option as well customers need - C-ordination with external and internal business partners / Vendors / Suppliers to ensure customer dispute is resolved end to end.
Knowledge in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo,Sabre) - Experience in Travel industry. - Open to work in Night shifts.
