Functional Competencies Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer or IT Support Specialist Advance knowledge of computer hardware systems , peripherals etc Strong problem solving , problem analysis and troubleshooting skill is must.

Basic knowledge of LAN / WAN Behavioural Competencies Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance Motivation to learn new skills and technologies Good interpersonal Skill and Communication skill in both English & Hindi Job Responsibilities Non Financial responsibilities Respond to business user's IT Support requests over call / tickets / Email Contacting business users to understand , troubleshoot and resolve IT issues with respect to Desktop / Printers / End User Computing / Applications Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals e.

g. Printers, Scanners , Application configurations etc Formatting Desktop & Laptops , Patching and Upgrading Operating Systems, Driver installation and upgrades .

System configuration etc Provide basic guidance and training on computer operations and management Should own problem resolution end to end and get issue resolved by coordinating with various IT teams.

This role require frequent visit to bank branches for IT End User support activities. Key Interactions Internal External Business Users NA Documented By Talent Acquisition Team, Human Resources Approved By Approved By Qualification BCA / MCA, BTech / MTech Relevant Experience Minimum 1 years Exp.
