  • Accept and appropriately resolve customer / partner issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner and in accordance with the Microsoft Terms &
  • Conditions and contractual agreements.

    Demonstrate strong communication skills ensuring that verbal and written responses are relevant, complete and easily understood when communicating with internal team members, partners and customers.

    Maintain high level of domain and technical skill in Microsoft AX.

    Paid support / consulting to Partners and Customers

    Experience with SQL Server (ie performance troubleshooting, installation, setup, query optimization)

    Programming skills in object oriented languages eg C#, C++, Visual Basic, Java is preferred

    Experience with SharePoint, web technologies (ie web development, understanding of security, setup and configuration) is preferred.

    Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, especially finance and supply chain management (beneficial)

    Knowledge of Microsoft AX (required)

    Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills in English

    Excellent customer service skills

    Excellent learning skills with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies

    Prior support experience (desired)

    Prior Training experience (beneficial)

    Prior consulting experience (beneficial)

    Microsoft D365 F&O experience (preferred)
