We are expanding our TALENT RESEARCH TEAM to support our India Talent Acquisition Full Stack Recruitment team and are looking for creative, smart, and ambitious individuals to help us drive our research department forward.

This is an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE . Oracle is offering a great opportunity to provide Talent sourcing support throughout the recruiting lifecycle in a highly matrixed global environment.

You are expected to deliver in line with the Oracle recruitment value proposition through Cost, Quantity, Quality and Time.

In addition, this role will require the individual to be passionate about driving new innovative recruitment initiatives with a strategic focus and eventually build great working relationships with key Stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience :

1.5 - 3 years of total & relevant experience in recruiting.

Skills Required :

Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline; Master degree preferred

Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated work experience in recruiting function wither in a corporate setting or an agency environment

Ability to source passive candidates with a sense of urgency.

Strong Presentation, Negotiation, Interpersonal and presentation skills.

Exceptional communications skills and relationship management

Deep passion for technology and strong in understanding technology.

Strong knowledge of competitive landscape, ability to research and equip Hiring managers with Market Intelligence reports.

Hands on sourcing skills with minimal dependency on Job boards and exposure to unconventional sourcing methods such as Networking sites, Social media recruiting, Headhunting, Targeted Mapping , etc

Engaging with potential qualified talent Pool through Networking Events.

Eagerness to learn on a Daily basis.

Proficiency with Boolean Search, passive sourcing methods, hands on sourcing exposure using Linked in is a must. Sourcing using GitHub, Stack overflow and Social media channels is an add-on.

Responsibilities :

Develop candidate pipeline using Web 2.0 sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean Search, Headhunting, professional sites, GitHub, Stack overflow and social networking sites to support the India Talent Advisory team for various job roles and levels.

Engage with assigned recruiters to understand the supported business as well as the recruiting requirements; partner with recruiters to meet expectations and deliver a qualified pipeline of candidates.

Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter;

exercise creativity to find candidates using Oracle’s advanced sourcing tools / techniques.

Fully evaluate candidate’s background against the requirements provided by recruiter, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research activities.

Conduct research on IT happenings and develop research documents.

Partner with Recruiters in building effective hiring strategies.

Sourcing profiles using eccentric methods.

Attract passive job seekers through effective campaigning activities.

Work in target driven environment.
