Business Development Manager Full Time US Shift (EST hours) Bangalore, India (Open for remote locations)

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive / manager role in IT company.
  • This is primarily Hunting role.
  • This BDM is the key responsible person for new business development matters related to Royal Cyber strategic growth market category.
  • Ensure all the process, policies related to Sales Management, Business Planning, Account Management and Partner operational related are adhered.
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for introducing / Lunching / handling New or existing product lines for the Company.
  • The Technical Account Manager will be an extended part of client’s technical team ensuring Digital solutions are running effectively
  • Assist customers in resolving their technical challenges including provision of Digital transformation, upgrade planning and oversight.
  • Assist in technical support for customers to support presales and postsales processes
  • Address all productrelated queries on time
  • Hold educational and informational training sessions to enable our clients to use Royal Cyber solutions and products effectively
  • Provide team with customer’s feedback.
  • Deliver periodic reviews with customers (e.g. Health checks)
  • Proactively analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate cross departmentally within Royal Cyber to establish and communicate best practices.
