S., Costa Rica, Guadalajara, Mexico, and Israel employees. The program has just launched in Malaysia with plans to launch in Greater Asia Region (GAR) soon.
The Warmline serves as a resource for guidance to help employees tackle career issues such as progression, integration, job skills mismatch, or relationship conflicts.
As a Warmline Advisor, you will be at the forefront of building and managing the process that will provide Intel employees a path to new opportunities within Intel.
Working closely with the Regional Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Lead for GAR, this role will have the following responsibilities :
Be the primary point of contact for Warmline in Malaysia / GAR, establishing the infrastructure and relationships with key stakeholders to resolve employee issues.
Be the first point of contact for employees who raise issues through the tool, assessing the nature of the issue, and identifying best path to resolution.
Partner closely with local Human Resources partners in the country / region in addressing issues raised by Warmline clients.
Continue to pursue ways to identify and implement Warmline program process improvements.
Mine Warmline data for insights to enable business units to address any gaps or challenges within their organizations.
Be able to articulate and present data to help business units understand their "opportunity areas" within their organizations.
Deliver Warmline roadshows and Warmline overview presentations in Malaysia and the wider GAR region to inform and educate employees on the Warmline resource.
Identify opportunities to proactively leverage resources to invest in your personal development as well as continuing to build competencies to be a value to the Warmline Retention Advisor role.
Demonstrate the ability to take on special projects that align to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Warmline team.

Minimum Qualifications :
The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
Experience with Global Program / Project Management.
Preferred Qualifications :
Working knowledge of various MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) software and spreadsheet applications, including MS Excel (i.
e. Vlook Up, Pivot Tables, Power BI, etc.).
Data mining skills to conduct data analysis.
