Responsibilities :

  • 3-5 years experienced in Project Co-ordination and Project Management
  • Liaise with teams and clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project resourcing and profitability in timely delivery
  • Monitor project progress on daily basis and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Delivery Head - Projects to eliminate blockers
  • Use tools like Zoho to monitor working hours, timesheets, tasks
  • Reports on timesheets, working hours, task updations and project closure to be shared with Delivery Head
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports during the lifecyle of the project
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Understanding of AWS cloud at a basic level (AWS Cloud practitioner) to interact with the team and clients
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Zoho, JIRA or Trello)
  • Tech certification on AWS - Cloud Practitioner is a must.
  • Any PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
