Division Overview

IT division comprises multiple teams tasked with delivering higher quality products and services to internal and external users.

The Core Product and Core Development teams are responsible for maintaining and evolving the ControllerView data management and reporting platform.

The Innovations team develops cutting-edge technology add-ons. The Cloud DevOps team develops and supports the Adenza award-winning RegCloud SaaS offering.

Finally, the combined Corporate IT and Security teams ensure the availability of secure, dependable, and stable internal infrastructure.

Team and Role Overview The Cloud Security Manager’s mission is to mitigate risks through the efficient and effective application of information security expertise.

The Security Risk Manager reports directly to the Chief Security Officer and will interact with the Chief Security Officer, Company executives, Risk committee, Network and database admins & Internal / External auditor.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and monitor risks through key Information Security Metrics
  • Support deployment of global policies and implementation of controls
  • Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are tested and fit for the purpose
  • Foster information security awareness and training
  • Play an active role in facilitating both internal and external audits, and ensure successful remediation efforts
  • Identify gaps with policies and areas of improvement through control testing
  • Organize penetration tests and coordinate remediation of findings
  • Provide quality answers to client’s due diligence and security related questions
  • Provide proactive monitoring, investigation, and response for security alerts and incidents
  • Develops tactical response procedures for security incidents.
  • Provide Cyber Security technical expertise, support, and guidance to management in case of major security event / incident and / or data breach (post-incident review, postmortem, security remediation plan)
  • Partner with our forensic partner to analyze and remediate the incident
  • Partner with our Infrastructure teams to ensure our networks, computer systems, and hosting environments are implemented and maintained consistent with best practices and policy
  • Leading detection and response capabilities and driving the company maturity on those topics
  • Operate and maintain the tooling that discovers vulnerabilities and suspicious activities
  • Conduct research on tools, compliance requirements, and best practices as it pertains to Vulnerability Management
  • Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience understanding technical aspects of information and IT technology and core security components
  • Knowledge of security in a cloud environment
  • Good knowledge of risk management and audit process
  • Good knowledge of vulnerability management process
  • Knowledge and understanding of the system and network security, authentication and security protocols, vulnerabilities, and incident management
  • Strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
