Job Description

Support the Training and Compliance Manager in driving the overall training strategy for PLS-SSP. Ensure effective oversight of training documentation in line with regulatory expectations.

Assist the training manager in establishing new and ongoing required trainings. Assist in developing, coordinating and implementing training programs and audit readiness across all PLS SSP functional groups.

Support all compliance related documentation and managing systems thereof.

1.Help to develop and maintain core training curriculums for each line function within GMO, assuring all referenced SOPs and Business Guidances are current and accurate.

2.Circulate updated core training curriculums, harmonizing and incorporating any chang-es re-quested from line function managers.

3.Help in the tracking and coordination of training for both new hires and internal promo-tions at all NGSCs, assuring the documentation is appropriate and complete.

4.Assist in trainings for associates across all NGSCs from a co-ordination and LMS docu-mentation perspective 5.Assist in the development of new training tools and learning initiatives for PLS SSP.

6.Assist in the revision of cross functional documentation and training materials when a process is updated or developed.

7.Participates in process improvement initiatives and collects appropriate metrics and pro-vides periodic scheduled reports on progress against process improvement objectives.

8.Supports compliance related work with respect to documentation for all functions in GMO and co-ordinates with the Training manager and GMO QA manager for the same.

9.Maintaining track for several other quality information like organization chart, deviations and CAPA etc. 10.Assisting the Training and Compliance manager and QA as required in supporting routine QC and QA related activities.

Tracking training completion and compliance across PLS SSP Effective facilitation and co-ordination of trainings as per schedule

Minimum requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor Degree required (life Sciences preferred) Good Command over oral and written English

  • At least 2 years of experience in training role / related activities.
  • Experience and ability to work in matrix cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with good written and oral command of English.
  • Firm presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills required
