Primary Role Description : -
Coordinating and managing end to end payroll process with the payroll vendor.
Manage Wage & Salary Administration for all employees.
Preparation of accurate Salary JV, Reimbursement JV, Salary Inputs and Salary database on HRIS.
Ensuring the payment of all full & final settlement (resignation / retirement / redundancy) as per the defined TAT.
Coordination with Finance department for all pay cheques RTGS, etc.
Timely recording and processing of reimbursements as per deadlines given.
Ensuring all statutory compliances are adhered to.
Working closely with the accounts team to submit reports related to staff payroll and tax records as required.
Handling annual payroll audits
Knowledge of tax efficient compensation structure & labour laws.
Ability to work well under pressure meeting tight deadlines
Preparing communication related to Income tax guidelines and any other changes in the income tax act.
Coordinating with the vendor for filing the income tax returns of the employees.
Responsible for induction program for new employees related to income tax declaration.
Key Requirements Education & Certificates : -
MBA in Finance or M.Com. In case CA it would be added advantage.
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills : -
5 to 7 years of experience in payroll processing in house or with the vendor.
