Ø The candidate will beplaying critical role supporting all Service Management towers includingengaging Senior Managers, Stakeholders based in the All region.
Thecandidate will be directly responsible for managing the India based RTB teammembers supporting Service Management function.
Ø The role will involveimplementing / maintaining best practises across a number of Hyperion systemswithin the bank, leading a team of support analysts to ensure financialapplications are operational, functional and that environments are beingmaintained through best practise.
Ø Act as mentor to thesupport analysts, assisting them to deliver a quality service to our businessunits and to ensure the team has the necessary tools / training / support to fulfiltheir role effectively.
Support the Head of Hyperion technology for GroupFinace for setting strategies and defining client / user propositions based onthe business demand and articulate clear business requirements.
Provide RTB (Run-the-Bank) interlock withService, IT, Change Management, stakeholders and Vendors
Service liaison, incident escalations and clientsupport
Support future development as we improve functionality
Support the development of new InformationServices enhancements and their related business cases (cost vs. incomeanalysis), working closely with programme delivery teams
In a growing business environment, the roleholder is expected to drive and manage change when new propositions aredeveloped
To efficiently allocate incoming supportrequests within the team, prioritising actions and monitoring team resource sothat support requests are closed within the required SLA's based onpriority / urgency.
To identify and highlight best practices insupport management through continuous assessment, obtaining regular feedbackfrom the business units and putting measures in place to ensure the highestquality of service is being provided.
Stakeholder Management with both the Hyperionleadership team and the business units ability to setup and managestakeholder meetings and strong upward reporting to senior management.
Responsible for defining, developing & embeddingthe Functions Transformation RTB vision & strategy with a view to drive anincrease in service management, lean adoption, Agile & DevOps collaborationin addition to the implementation of standardised & consistent governance,processes, methodology and standards (in line with Group guidance).
Good experience in leading a technical support teamand a minimum of experience in a Hyperion technology either from a support orproject delivery perspective.
Good working knowledge of Functions systems anddomains; Ability to operate within a complex systems environment with a layeredsoftware stack and highly interdependent systems.
Deep skills and experience in systems strategy,development, systems engineering and delivery / support.
Candidate must possess excellent analytical,conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in planning,change management and problem solving, able to resolve issues of a highlycomplex and strategic nature involving areas within the RFT RtB area.
üStrong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in ahighly pressurised support environment.
Some understanding of Infrastructureconcepts to be able to provide a high-level understanding of system issues. Thefollowing areas are necessary :
Investment Banking background
Experience of working to tight deadlines in afast-moving environment
Experience in working with complex, interdependentprocess frameworks such as ITIL
Expert user of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint,Word, MS Project and Visio
An element of this role will be to provide key support tothe L1 / L2 Support Teams if issues cannot be resolved. The ideal candidate thusmust be able to demonstrate working previously in a support capacity bothwithin application management or system support.
Technical background in an IT and / or Computer ScienceRelated degree.
Ability to work closely with underlying 3rd PartyTeams (i.e. Architecture, Security, Networks etc.) to ensure the technicalsolution can be delivered and complies with all regulatory standards
Experience of using other Oracle Hyperion Products(Hyperion Financial Management, Financial Data Quality Management, DRM andEssbase & Planning) is always beneficial
