Job Description

Support Vlocity in positioning the strategic business value of Vlocity solutions for customer prospects and helping customers realize maximum business value from their investment in Vlocity solutions.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis to support active sales cycles
  • Lead the development of turnkey deliverables with elements of financial analysis, data interpretation, and story-boarding
  • Interact effectively with Sales teams, Customer Strategy team members, Vlocity executives, and other stakeholders
  • Build and maintain new tools and frameworks to support the scaling of value selling concepts to customers prospects and Vlocity employees
  • Build and maintain metrics and benchmarking repositories
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis in support of Company objectives
  • Performance Metrics

  • Throughput : determined by number of deliverables created
  • Quality : determined by Sales, Customer Strategy Team, and Customer feedback on deliverables
  • Impact : number of closed deals, revenue, customer satisfaction, and customer retention and upsell
  • IP Development : determined by building expertise in select Vlocity industries and product areas, and developing new IP in support of Company objectives
  • Required Education & Experience

  • MBA from well regarded university
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in software value selling team, reputable knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) organizations or market / business research companies
  • Financial analysis capabilities
  • Research and analysis skills
  • Storyboarding / PPT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred Education & Experience

  • Additional experience in enterprise software Industry and / or exposure to select industry segments (Communications & Media, Energy & Utilities, Insurance, Health Insurance, and Public Sector)
  • Competencies

  • Solid understanding of financial statements & terms, their implications, comparative financial analysis
  • Financial analysis / ability to build compelling business cases
  • Storyboarding
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including the use of Visual Basic and Excel-based macros
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
