Executive IT - Application Support Policy Asia Purpose of Role : The resource would be required to be part of first level IT support team.

He would be required to provide first level IT support for the core insurance system i.e. PASIA. Would be required to work in shifts and also on weekends on turn basis.

Education : B.E. / B.Tech / BSc - IT / Msc - IT / BCA / MCA

Minimum 2 years of experience. Primary Responsibilities :

First Level Application Support within the defined SLAs.

Application Incident Management.

First Level Analysis of the Incident.

Coordination with users and development team for closure of incident. Competencies :

SQL , Incident Management Ticketing System. Knowledge about AS / 400 and DB2 would be preferred.

Expsoure to Insurance industry would be preferable. Exposure to Life / Asia , Polisy / Asia and Group / Asia would be advantageous. We will contact you soon.
