The Fund Admin is responsible for assisting the Fund Administration Manager (FAM) in managing and overseeing the day-to-
day trust related administrative activities relating fund documentation, scheduling board meetings and reviewing of fund documentation.
Ensures the periodic file reviews of fund documentation for completeness, accuracy and timeliness, also includes completion of new business and termination checklists in accordance with internal procedures, digitalization of documentation and communication related to funds, maintaining and updating all fund legal records, reviewing of fund documentation to ensure template language is included.
Assist in the ongoing delivery of trust services; assist in the monthly reporting of client and statistical data, maintaining and updating all fund records The ability to multi-
task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing BAU activities, is essential in this position. No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives, 5-
7 years of total work experience is preferred. Financial industry (fund admin) experience preferred.
