Title : Technical Sales Associate (Email Campaign)
Reports to : Subject Matter expert / Lead Sales
Ability to understand / diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly.
Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business).
Handling irate / demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.
Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines.
Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product / service benefits to respond to customer's queries.
Open to feedback & learning.
Should have sound knowledge of latest / upcoming products / processes & services.
Should have excellent English communication skills.
Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts.
Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an International Voice based process.
Experience in inbound Technical Sales.
Must have handled email calls in inbound Technical Sales Process.
Bachelor's Degree / 3 Years diploma / 12th passed out in 2011 or prior / Graduation drop out.
