Job Description

Campaign Management for Direct Sales. Align Sales & Operations to the processes & drive to meet revenue targets.

Business Planning & Strategy

Formulating campaign wise plan for each vertical

Periodic review of sales plans to align to organizational objective

Forecasting channels target achievement and input management for achievement of business objectives

Business Delivery

Enabling sales team to achieve targets through regular analytics and inputs on lead management, through sales management tools viz.

Leads tracking, conversion, opportunity vs. business sourced

Analytics on Lead Tracking System and Sales process management

Evaluate and monitor the systems / process enablers for business and suggest improvements for operational efficiencies

Campaign Management

Design & implement the business processes for different campaigns

Manage Lead distribution for all campaigns

Drive sales team on each campaign by providing adequate visibility on lead distribution; opportunity available vs. business sourced

Monitor & evaluate performance of each campaign & update various stakeholders


  • Business Process Management : Design & Update all processes of Direct Sales & download the processes to Sales Team
  • Project Management : Manage all centrally assigned projects for Direct Sales including FI & SI
  • Compliance & Audit : Ensure that our Call Centre operations adhere to IRDA, TRAI & DMG Guidelines
  • As a SPOC assist L&D in developing training content for Direct Sales Team
