Qualifications : B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA Finance or equivalent

Experience : 8+ years of corporate experience

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Competencies :

Must have expertise in business analytics skills, and planning systems such as OneStream, Hyperion etc.

Identify improvement opportunities across People, Process, Technology for finance processes

Ability to design Forecasting models based on various methodologies like Driver based, ZBB etc.

Equipped with automation and process improvement mindset to assist the month-end close

Functional understanding of all finance technologies like RPA, Blockchain, NLG, ECM, EPM / BI tools, Consolidation Tools, S4 environment, MDM tools

Lead Finance transformation engagements involving strategy, operating model design and Decision Support technologies to enable transformation of business
