The role requires you to implement plans and strategies to enable performance, and continuous learning, and improve employee engagement within Micron IT.
You will implement training plans based on Instructional Design theories for Micron’s Global IT that will enable a smooth onboarding process and the upskilling / re-skilling across IT domains.
We will support you in nurturing a culture of quality and engagement, linking plans to strategy, and ensuring consistent execution.
You will need to demonstrate outstanding consulting and program management skills with all levels of leadership.
Maintain partnerships with IT business leaders to identify the development needs of their organization.
Support to analyze technology roadmaps and design training plans based on business needs
Analyze job profiles to design role-based training plans and career development paths
Collaborate with SMEs to build learning solutions content as part of the WFD training plan
Create and implement onboarding templates, guidelines, and checklists to ensure faster and more consistent integration.
Skill Repository ownership and drives comprehensive updates and applications for IT
Works with IT Suppliers to craft & execute training plans and acts as a coordinator for managing learning licenses and updates the available curriculum / certification programs.
Drives and performs programs with external technical learning partners for Micron IT
Create, drive, run and deliver Organization development initiatives such as technical competency framework, right spans & layers, Milestone programs, employee interest groups, and such initiatives that help to improve organizational capability.
Reporting and analyzing learning metrics to measure outcomes
Is able to translate development / talent initiatives into business success outcomes.
Handle the administrative activities on LMS to enable WFD programs
Acts as an advocate of company talent to organization leaders.
Coordinating and managing the translation of WD learning content.
Have 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Management and Talent Development in organizations of repute in the technology area.
Master's degree in HR / MBA. A bachelor’s in engineering will be preferred.
Has knowledge of Instructional design theories
Has excellent interpersonal skills, be energetic, proactive, agile, can drive projects to closure, and has a structured thought process.
Have experience working in a high-growth, culture-centric environment.
Experience working with IT / tech partners, ecosystem, and skill management is a plus
Have a data-driven attitude and experience with data / analytics.
Needs to bring excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence compassion, curiosity.
Strong communicator, ability to hold a room, and convey a message both in a live and virtual setting.
