Strict compliance with Emerson safety regulations in performing service activities. Direct efforts to customer call-outs for valve product service requests.
Perform as part of an engineering team and liaison with the company in evaluating and solving valve product application problems.
Repair, test and maintain valve product in either Emerson workshop or on customer site. Assist with the installation / commissioning of new valve product.
Apply service expertise in prompting Lifecycle Services business growth through activities of Site Walk Down, customer training, etc.
Use of Emerson Lifecycle Services digital tools. Receive and investigate customer complaints, resolve and / or recommend solutions to the complaints.
Develop and maintain good customer relations. Complete other service job assigned by team supervisor / manager. Requirements Bachelors degree or above, majored in mechanical, electrical, engineering, etc.
3 years hands-on working experience on mechanical and electrical equipment. Experience of valves and actuators manufacturing, assembly and maintenance, or relevant working background is much preferred.
Be familiar with industrial valve product and relative standard of application. Energized, self-motivated and good communication skills.
Capable and willing to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision. Willing to frequent travel both domestic and abroad, even at short notice of emergency.
Good English skill in reading, writing, and speaking. Occupational health and Safety acumen.
