Responsibilities in detail :
Conduct business activity under Channel Retail and Project Sales (Company owned depots to dealers to end users).
Creating awareness of waterproofing products based on innovative and patented technology.
Responsible to drive high level Branch sales for retail & Infra segments
Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area / states.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Ensuring the seeding of new product in right Channel.
Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products.
Conducting trials and applications of waterproofing system
Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors
Expand dealer / Distributors network on strategic locations
Well versed with all kind of sales analysis, expert in all kind of sales report i.e. Dashboard, Sales Collection, Per Day, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Report
Needs to be comfortable with field sales.
Good networking skill & Selling Skills.
