GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and is a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.

We are currently looking for a Director Media Planning to join us. This role provides opportunities to closely observe different categories and tailor media approaches according to their nuances.

Thus providing a new challenge and learning on every piece of work you do.

This role reports to the Senior Director The Exchange

  • Attain a strong understanding of cross channel media strategy by working on some of the fastest growing and diversified categories like EdTech & Ecom.
  • In this role, your goals will be :

    In three months :

  • Understand the category and brand objectives for the year
  • Able to adjust to the clients working style and deliver on a day to day requirements
  • Understand the know-how of Digital Media
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • In six months :

  • Initiated & delivered at least 2 key projects (AOP / 360-degree Campaign approach)
  • Understand the In-house products / software very well to demonstrate the same during client conversations
  • Develop creative ideas and disruptive communication innovations for the client, aligned with their business, customer, and brand goals.
  • In 12 months :

  • Independently take charge of a set of accounts
  • Understand and take initiative towards agencies goal for the year
