We are looking for a strategic and operationally-strong Partnerships Lead who will work with key partners, support in data and analytics, and help set the strategy for our Partnerships team and partner management for our projects.
The Partner team works to ensure a seamless experience for partners on our platform through building deep product expertise and business analytics.
We manage business relationships with some of the world’s most popular content providers.
Core Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities :
Use systematic, process-driven approaches to Identify and source relevant content partnerships for our platform that could bring strategic and monetary value to our project
Identify gaps in the existing content on the platform w.r.t the project requirements and source relevant partners
Identify operational opportunities and improve or innovate new processes to drive strategic growth with and improve performance of our partner
Collaborate with our internal & external stakeholders to evaluate the right prospects in required categories and pitch our partnership to integrate
Facilitate product walkthroughs to clients and relevant stakeholders whenever necessary
Build positive working relationships with senior management at partner & our end to align our internal / shared goals
Run the partnership discussions end to end by navigating internal & external stakeholders to identify the right opportunities, framing win-win structures, negotiation and closure.
Develop and maintain standard internal project and process documentation to help scale operations
Determine ways to track progress in an efficient and effective manner by developing an understanding of Partnerships' goals
Develop reporting framework and regular cadence to deliver insights to internal and external stakeholders
Conduct frequent quality checks on the content being pushed on the platform
Bachelors in Technology with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS company. MBA a plus
Tech Savvy & basic understanding of API, SSO, SAML and xAPI
A People person with strong networking skills must have the ability to communicate with all levels to both and focused enterprise partners and alliances including C-Level executives
Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a track record of taking initiatives
Experience in storytelling through data, and communicating those insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally.
