Job Description- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for in-house requirements Understand manpower and recruitment requirements from concerned HOD convert them in Job Description and post them on career portals independently.
Sourcing resumes, screening and interviewing candidates, interview scheduling, & administering tests. Usage of different sourcing channels effectively to create relevant candidate database.
Following up with candidates for interview scheduling and on-boarding. Coordinating with different internal / external stakeholders if requiredCandidate must Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a passion for recruitment. Minimum 02 years of experience from a consultancy background. Qualification Graduate or MBA (HR)
