Your Team

As a member of the small HR Total Rewards team you will play an important role to support managing Total Rewards for Avaloq on a global scale (we are currently present in 11 countries in Europe, Asiaand Australia).

We play an important role in driving a great experience for our employees and being able to attract talent. This team operates fully remotely and we are masters of effective and fun virtual collaboration.

Your mission

  • Conduct complex data analysis and adhoc reports to support reward design decisions and benchmarking
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Avaloq’s job architecture and grading system : advising the business and HR in job grading-related requests, govern, maintain and adjust our job landscape and evaluate new jobs
  • Manage Avaloq’s global award program end-to-end including budget monitoring, answering customer queries, reporting and approval coordination
  • Coordinate global annual salary review and bonus process
  • Support innovative projects to further develop our compensation & benefits packages
  • What you need

  • Be a fast and curious learner
  • High level of attention to details
  • Strong analytical and data presentation skills
  • Outstanding command of Excel and PowerPoint; expertise with Analysis for office / BI / BEX / macros preferred
  • Working experience in a fast-paced company and supporting multiple countries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Sciences, Math, Statistics, Business or related field
  • You will get extra points for the following (max. 3 bullet points)

  • Prior experience in compensation & benefits
  • Experience with SAP HCM or Success Factors
  • Working experience in a remote international team set-up
