Job Title : Executive / Senior Executive Account Receivables GST
Reporting To : Taxation Manager
Uploading AR receipts through Mor4apps for branches.
Prepare daily deposit MIS send to Bank
RTGS confirmation to Customer through e-mails
Monitor Receipts application for Unapplied and Unidentified receipt entries performed by SSC and do follow up with branches / customer for payment details.
Coordinate with SSC to generate manual invoice for Stamp duty, CFS rebate and offloading cases and GST.
Resolve bank reconciliation issue related to AR
Monitor Cheque Bounce cases - Pass reversal entries in ocean and daily follow up on cheque bounce recovery.
Customer Refund activity.
Coordinate with Customers and answer their queries related to GST on priority, especially during uploading of GST Returns
Closely work with Compliance team to handle customer disputes on GST
Participation in preparing Monthly Management reports and different audit information.
Key Performance Standards
Documenting AR work flow process
Timely Coordination with SSC for GST related accounting
Timely coordination with Customers and internal Departments on GST related queries
Requirements And Specific Skills :
Minimum Commerce Graduate with at least 4-5 years’ experience in accounting receivable / Credit control.
Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
Good IT skill especially MS Office and Oracle base accounting software.
Basic knowledge of GST.
Shipping background preferred
Proactive and self-starter.
