Position Description Overview
Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and relationship responsibilities and activities of the Operation department, Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
Establish and maintain relevant controls to monitor the operation and Performance
Minimizes operational expenditures (e.g., CPWUs) in cost centers. Develops, refines and implements policies and procedures to optimize personnel and equipment resources.
May monitor systems to detect possible fraudulent behavior related to credit card useage and contact card holders to investigate possible fraud.
Scope of Job
Manages assigned shift or department and ensures goals and objectives are being met.
2 to 3 years previous supervisory experience required.
