This requirement / position is for SaaS Server team who is responsible to provide Windows, Linux, Email, FTP, AWS & Virtualization support on VMware & Cloud technology.
SaaS Server team is responsible to maintain and support all OS platform, Private and public cloud deployment.
Strong Knowledge & Experience on Email technologies and administration.
Should know postfix, dovecot, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP, POP3, IMAP. Must be able to understand email message transaction mechanics.
Proficient with file transfer technologies and administration, especially VSFTPD, ProFTPD IpenSSH, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, MFT
Familiar with security concepts including SSL / TLS, IP filtering, Certificates, Encryption, fail2ban, Iptables
Good knowledge with config management including Salt. Ansible, Git / Gogs
Knowledge of containerization technologies like docker, kubernetes and openshift
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Work with Change & Incident Management Tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for interaction with a global team.
Work independently with minimal supervision, normally receiving minimal instruction on day-to-work activities.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires thorough evaluation.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Use skills and experience to identify and resolve a wide range of issues in practical and imaginative ways.
Assess and communicate risks based on complexity, resource and timeline constraints.
Ability to work in cross functional teams and influence the outcome.
Graduation (12 + 3).
ITIL, MCSE, AWS Certification is an added advantage.
