Job Purpose and Scope Provide timely support around follow up, customer facing, documentation and internal coordination to key account managers in servicing the key accounts Key Accountabilities Work under the supervision of the Head Sales to maintain regular contact / follow ups with stakeholder at the customer end Develop connects with relevant internal teams to mobilize resources and obtain information promptly in order to provide differentiated service experience Support the sales teams in resolution of various customer complaints and queries Sell products and services to identified upcoming and existing customers of a certain profile Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
Resolve complaints and order issues. Ask customers to provide regular feedback and customer service experience in order to achieve desired customer service satisfaction.
Keep abreast of new company products and services Analyze data and statistics related to customer service, bring out the trends in order to create a comprehensive plan for addressing areas of improvement.
