  • Provide administrative support for senior leaders. Answer phones, file and manage paperwork, mail letters.
  • Work with global stakeholders to manage time effectively.
  • Using calendar invite internal and external,provides proactive updates and actions.
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Partners ability to effectively optimize his time and energy.
  • Manage the Billing of professional fees and direct expenses; handling vendor payments, telephone and internet payments, etc.
  • Prepare travel and expense reports including Forex reconciliations, travel documents, visa, etc.
  • Composing contract letters, publications, proposals, agendas, executive summary reports and minutes of meetings.
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans andagendas; flights and hotel bookings, online visa applications, personal forms submissions, compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Making Presentations slides (MS PowerPoint) and Excel-sheet reports in high volume.
  • Booking, arranging and conducting Telephone and Video conferencing using the appropriate systems
  • Organizing Seminars / Events activities.
  • Oversaw and participated in all clerical support activities; performed a variety of technical tasks viz. coordination, printing, scanning, faxing & emailing.
