Key skills required for the job are : Network Implementation-L3 (Mandatory) SD-WAN Admin-L2 MPLS deployment engineer JD : As a member of the voice team, you have a direct impact on Network design and feature enhancements to keep our systems running smoothly.

You will collaborate with internal teams and service providers for MPLS deployments, this will includeproviding oversight and guidance to protocol and configurations.

Responsibilities : Network analysis, design, Implementation and ongoing maintenance of the MPLS Networks. Document standard operating procedures, Network diagrams , Inventory and training materials.

Provide configuration recommendation and assistance in vendor service deployment. Troubleshoot network issues and implement continuous improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for new and on-going Network design Perform capacity planning of the MPLS network and analyze performance and availabilityPreferred qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in Network design, implementation and supporting large / wide area networks.

Experience with TCP / IP fundamentals and commonly-used routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc). Hands-on technical experience on MPLS and .

  • Experience on Cisco routers and switches. Experience on LAN / WAN troubleshooting Basic understanding of Network security.
  • Experience working with partners and Service Providers Excellent written, verbaland interpersonal Communication skills "As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.

    Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Responsible for Vendor Management and people management.

    Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation / management. Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management.

    Participate in business meetings with various stake holders. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.

    Drive service improvement programs. Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams / individual to minimize the incidents.

    Effort estimation / reviews on need basis for new projects."
