  • Corporate HR Functions - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, PMS, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, CSR, Environment Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Industrial Relations - Labour Manpower Management, Wage Settlement
  • Administration - Office & Factory
  • Job profile will be combination of both Corporate HR functions (70%) & Industrial Relations (30%).
  • Skills Sets : -

    Total Exp 15 to 20 years preferably in manufacturing
