Role : Associate Director / Director Channel Partnership - Bangalore & Gurgaon

Experience : 10 to 12 Years

Location : South (Bangalore) & North (Gurgaon)

Job Description & Responsibilities :

  • Identify new channel partners SI, ISV
  • Building the channel partner ecosystem for Happay (0-30% of overall sales funnel within 18 months)
  • Will report to Head of Partnership
  • Building strategy, setting us processes, systems & team
  • Ownership of the numbers for channel partner function
  • Engage each partner’s field sales organizations, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Partners
  • Onboard new partners by helping them understand the benefits of the partner program & our product to their clients.
  • Training partner teams & helping them understand our positioning to effectively market, sell & implement Happay
  • Cultivate productive, trusted relationships with key partner executives and stakeholders.
  • Run regular Partner reviews, including pipeline management & consulting partners to drive business growth
  • Responsible for the satisfaction, retention, and growth of your own portfolio of Happay Partners.
  • Meet with Partners, participate in joint sales calls to customers and assist the Partner in closing opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting of partner pipeline and forecast through the CRM system & own up revenue quota through your partner portfolio.
  • Proactively assess, validate, and prioritize partner needs on an ongoing basis, channeling input from partners into Happay’s product roadmap and strategy.
  • Open up new strategic markets / industries through partners
  • Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Overall 10 to 12 years of Partnership / Sales / Customer Success / Account Management Experience with 6+ years of experience in Channel Partnership with a SaaS, Software, Product company is a must
  • Prior experience in team management and exposure in global markets (US / EMEA / SEA) is a plus
  • High-level of business acumen
  • Fluent in SaaS business models
  • Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships with partners or customers
  • Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
  • Exceptional organisational, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to succeed in working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team.
  • A high level of pro-activeness and accountability is a must
