Urgent job opening for FS Global HR Operations
4 6 years of proven experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services with strong understanding of Global HR policies and procedures.
Such as Emp. ID Creation, Data Maintenance, Mobility, Leaves Management, Exits, HR Payroll Input, etc.
Outstanding knowledge HRIS systems (SAP HR) is must.
Experience of working with Global HR Teams (such as APAC) & Stakeholder Management.
Provide support to overseas employees in various HRrelated topics such as Travel Policies, Payroll, leaves and resolve any issues that may arise.
Administer Employee Data Management for a Global volume in SAP HR.
Understanding of downstream application workflows (Change requests / Enhancements / etc.).
Gather and analyze data. Such as, Daily Team Effort data and present with useful metrics / SLA.
Excellent communication and people skills.
People oriented and results driven.
Aptitude in problemsolving.
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
