Urgent job opening for FS Global HR Operations

Job Description

  • 4 6 years of proven experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services with strong understanding of Global HR policies and procedures.
  • Such as Emp. ID Creation, Data Maintenance, Mobility, Leaves Management, Exits, HR Payroll Input, etc.

  • Outstanding knowledge HRIS systems (SAP HR) is must.
  • Experience of working with Global HR Teams (such as APAC) & Stakeholder Management.
  • Provide support to overseas employees in various HRrelated topics such as Travel Policies, Payroll, leaves and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Administer Employee Data Management for a Global volume in SAP HR.
  • Understanding of downstream application workflows (Change requests / Enhancements / etc.).
  • Gather and analyze data. Such as, Daily Team Effort data and present with useful metrics / SLA.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Aptitude in problemsolving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
