Close interaction with Business Support, Affiliates and Agents.
Manage all customer inquiries within the organization (including shortages and solutions, scheduling etc.)
Solve or escalate issues / requests.
Sales order processing (create, change, reject) of all order types upon rule set provided by the principal : cap-ture correct order information and terms in WINS (free of charge orders after approval of business).
Handling / monitoring of all order types and order tracking.
Release incl. SAP delivery creation, monitor and check open orders (L / C, delivery block, pricing, export licence, bottleneck product).
Capture and maintain customer / country shipping instructions / requirements for effective and efficient order execution.
Check incoming orders to ensure they meet our terms of sale.
Provide customers with technical product information (MSDS).
Ask for Freight Rates if required.
Request / initiate different master data in the area of sales and distribution (such as prices, customer masterdata); request maintenance of product master data if required.
Compile and prepare informational data as requested.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Capture customer's complaints / complaint notifications in QNS system.
Handle return of goods (after Approval of BU SCM), process return in SAP WINS.
Create credit and debit notes.
Communicate and act on delays (communicate with customers (internal / external), affiliates, agents, Transport Manager, Order Fulfiller, Credit Management).
Proactive issue solution and alternative communication.
Give feedback on order status and handle issues and claims.
Proactive information of all involved parties.
1) BA / BS or Associate degree in international forwarding, shipping or Supply chain management.
2) Essential : Proficiency knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
3) Essential : General knowledge of SAP MM (if lacking, other ERP sys-tem and / or import order processing systems).
4) Essential : English : Fluent written and spoken.
