Assist with ITSMapplication projects planning, testing and implementation
Ensure project deploymentas per conceptual design documentation and architecture
Provide ITSMapplication training to technical teams and help desks
Build andmaintain Service Catalogues
Users, Groups,Roles, Security Groups and Teams administration
Global Reportscreation and administration
Responsible fortechnical administration of all ITSM modules currently in use as well asnon-ITSM modules where applicable
Monitor softwareand server performance statistics
Troubleshoot andresolve any potential ITSM application issues
Adhere toServiceNow best practices (update sets, table relationships & alterations, etc.)
Adhere to WorleyChange Management principles to ensure the stability of UAT and productionenvironments
Develop clearand concise technical / process documentation

5+ years experienceas a ServiceNow Administrator
Broad understanding ofWorley software applications including but not limited to Windows, Citrix,Systems Centre Suite of Products, Active Directory and Office 365
Experienceworking with Software as a Service
Soundknowledge of industry standards and methodologies
User experience with Microsoft environment communication packages (Office365, SharePoint, Exchange, Skype for Business)
Fluent in English and excellent written, oral and presentationcommunication skills
Ability to work with globally dispersed virtual teams across a numberof disciplines
This role will be working in globally diverse virtual teams and willneed to be able to meet the associated challenges of differing cultures, workpractices and time zones
