Job Description
Key Accountabilities :
Engagement with participants and training SPOCs for the assigned BU / EU to deliver workshops on learning needs and LA calendar
Engagement with all HR leads for all verticals and horizontals to deliver on learning needs via all L&D work streams. - Basis Requirenment
To lead and execute learning initiatives as assigned, across WNS
Deliver Training programs across role bands
Create and own LA Calendar
Develop and build training delivery capability of L&D
Job Responsibilities :
Implement and execute trainings and interventions based on Training Needs Analysis ( TNA) to align business and individual needs for the organization.
Delivering workshops across levels, Coaching and mentoring - Across all locations
Evaluate training programs - Calibration
Coordinate and deliver various value added programs / initiatives based on needs expressed by business
Attend skill development programs, eg facilitation and other appropriate advanced facilitation / trainer skills programs
Succession Planning
Achieve the defined and mandated participant and trainer training days
Improving the Learning penetration target
Ideating, conceptualizing and Implementing Innovative learning initiatives
Adhere to processes and suggest system improvements (DBR, Post training effectiveness activities, tracking self progress etc)
Meet all audit and compliance standards
Implement process and system improvements
Creation of a Career & Developmental proposition for self and also enhance the current skill sets
Creation of a career and developmental proposition for the team and also enhance the current skill sets
To support the Nashik and Vizag locations for all training initiatives
ESSENTIALDESIRABLE
Work Experience (Mention No. of years) :
5+ Years of Relevant Work Experience, Should have had exposure in Operations, Content development, V&A
Knowledge / Qualifications / Competency : · Graduate (any discipline)· Post Graduate
Psycho-metric tests knowledge / certification
Capabilities : · Excellent communication skills
Special Role (Customer Specific Requirement)·
Interaction with BU / EU spocs & BU-HR regularly
