Create and manage the learning continuum for Advisors, SalesManagers, Branch Managers and other senior levels in field as required as perthe evolving needs in their respective roles.
Creation of content in the form of presentations, workbooks andany other content as may be required from time to time.
Liaison with other departments for signoff and timely release ofcontent to the on-field trainers.
Creation and approval of other content that may be required fromtime to time. To maintain the content repository and to update content as andwhen required.
Creating Design Documents and Concept Notes to create ablueprint for content to be created.
Manage the content for all mandated and ad-hoc programs on aregular basis.
Candidates with good expertise in developing Training content especially for the sales domain from Insurance Industry is preferable
