  • Manage day-to-day service operations for applications and systems within a specific business or technology area, ensuring stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.
  • Lead all aspects of and supervise day-to-day operations of all systems and applications or services in scope to ensure stability, integrity & business continuity and ensure services are delivered to agreed SLAs.
  • Should have strong SAP Operations background (preferable with Pharma Company)
  • Should have led global teams Should have hands on experience with at least 1 SAP Functional module
  • Responsible for application lifecycle management and its continual improvements.
  • Minimum requirements

  • Graduation / post-graduation in the relevant domain
  • 15 - 18years of experience in IT preferably in a global company
  • Should have hands on experience with at least 1 SAP Functional module
  • 7+ years of proven management experience within a matrix organization (e.g. as a team leader or in project management) including application operations experience
  • Demonstrated sound leaderships skills. Should have strong SAP Operations background (preferable with Pharma Company) Should have led global teams
  • Customer Orientation - ability to communicate & align with key IT stakeholders. In-depth understanding of business processes and the interrelationships with IT processes
  • Profound knowledge in vendor management and offshore delivery
