Position : Regional Sales Manager (After Sales) - Chennai

Qualification : MBA

Experience : 10 - 15 Yrs After-market sales in Automotive Engine components

Responsibilities :

  • Achievement of regional sales budget
  • Improve secondary sales and support to dealers / distributors through sales team
  • Monthly sales reporting
  • Ensure that the brand quality and range awareness is maximized by organizing campaigns, promotions and trade events.
  • Complete monthly reviews with each Sales Rep to discuss performance, achievements, and execute customers business development plans
  • Ensure distributor visits occur in line with defined schedules.
  • Identify and agree specific new business development targets for each sales area and conduct monthly and quarterly review to ensure successful capture of new business by appointing suitable new business partner.
  • Ensure on time collection and regular liaison with Finance controlling at HO
  • Ensure proper liaison with Product management team at HO for new product development with clear competitor product analysis, market demand and to make clear sales projection.
  • Ensure regular transfer of market, competitor intelligence to HO.
  • To ensure product warranty procedures executed on time
