About the UX Team
The SAP Fieldglass UX Design Team is a tight-knit group of individuals who focus on elevating the experience of our users through visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and user research.
Our team leads the charge of adopting a user-centric approach throughout SAP Fieldglass. We are a data-driven bunch and are keen to push the boundaries of what our software can do to make an impact on our users.
Position Title
Senior User Experience Design Specialist
Contribute significantly to UX research and design projects on web and mobile apps
o Help define the strategy (the what and the why ) of new projects
o Deliver high-fidelity, detail-oriented mock-ups to illustrate design proposals that solve user pain-points
Collaborate with Developers, QA Analysts, Client Implementation, Helpdesk, and the Product teams to seek feedback and iterate on your designs
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce insights and inform your designs
Participate in other user research efforts to improve the usability of our products
Develop storytelling skills to present and advocate for your designs
Practice facilitating effective design sprints and feedback sessions
See your designs all the way through to release and make an impact on thousands of users
Who you are :
We are looking for a mid to senior-level designer who can challenge the status quo and stay curious. You enjoy working on global products and are energized by lifelong learning.
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in HCI, Information Science, Industrial Design, UX Design, Product Design, or similar field
You have used Figma to build countless prototypes with rich interactivity
You have experience crafting user research plans and executing them
You serve as a model for user-centered thinking and encourage other teams to adopt this approach
You lean towards a collaborative approach with other team members and seek to build bridges with other teams
You are not afraid to wear multiple hats and work in situations of ambiguity
You are not afraid to ask questions, push the boundaries of our current UX, and champion new ways of working
You love to share learning resources and opportunities for growth
