Ensuring all Process parameter must be followed

Daily line Process audit review

Monitoring line rejection on daily basis and doing root cause analysis

Inspection guide updation as per new model, OQC feedback & Customer complaints

Daily CTP & CTQ stage audit

Ensuring NCR closure & monitoring effectiveness of action taken.

Customer complaints 8D analysis & countermeasure implementation on shop floor

Monitoring FOR (Fall of Rejection), SRR (Sample rejection rate) & 4M change on daily basis. Taking action where target not met.

Leading the quality weekly meeting, analyzing the weekly quality data, formulating effective and effective improvement measures and implementing them.

Host meeting with QA Engineers regarding major issues during production and making improvements.

Implementing new system on shop floor as per requirements.

EOD daily conduct meeting with all QA engineer.

All Process SOP verifying and approval.

Reviewing PQC Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS report and discussing MOM for improvement

Regular monitoring and effective implementation of CA / PA on Process Issues

Ensuring OQC Insepction as per Inspection test Plan

OQC Test report review and NCR raise on abnormal issues.

Monitoring line rejection on daily basis and doing root cause analysis

Inspection guide updation as per new model, OQC feedback & Customer complaints

Improvement Activity on NCR’S observed in inspection

Customer Complaints handling and analysis. Maintaining Customer Complaint Tracker.

Customer complaints 8D analysis & countermeasure implementation on shop floor

Monitoring SRR (Sample rejection rate) & 4M change on daily basis. Taking action where target not met.

Leading the quality weekly meeting, analyzing the weekly quality data, formulating effective and effective improvement measures and implementing them.

Host meeting with line leaders regarding major issues during production and making improvements.

EOD daily conduct meeting with all QA engineer.

All OQC SOP & procedures verifying and approval.

Preparing OQC Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS report and sharing with Managements & Customers.

Regular monitoring and effective implementation of CA / PA on Process Issues

Update SAP QM module for OQC reports on monthly basis

OQC Lot clearance in SAP on daily basis

Supplier Quality Issues handling
