Position : Telesales Executive (Outbound Call & Mail Process) Location : Mumbai Job Description : Handling outbound calls from various platforms / portals, explaining the product, documentation, analysing and uploading data for creation of doable leads.
1) Client Co-ordination for all loan enquiry of Customers (calling various clients for loan applications, calling sales agents for generating new leads, follow up for documents, updating the sales agents and aggregators regarding pending loan application cases) 2) Efficiently making outbound calls or B2B calls, lead generation, data validation and managing database.
3) Understanding the customer needs & building positive relationships with customers. 4) Follow up with Clients for loan applications and related documents.
5) Processing of loan applications of customer across India 6) Sending mails to our customers, once all the documents are received updating respective department for the same.
7) MIS maintaining Skills : 1) Excellent Communication Skills 2) Good Interpersonal Skills 3) Networking Skills 4) Should be enthusiastic and a team player Experience : Graduate Fresher s or 1-
2 Years in Tele sales, Telecalling or Client handling Profile in Banking or Non-banking industry. Preferably having worked on outbound calls in a financial services space (lending, mutual funds, insurance, etc) Preferred SME Working Capital & Business Loan Product Experience Skills : -
