Role The Inside Sales Specialist position is a single point of contact for Syscraft customers. The primary responsibility includes Account Management , Lead Generation , Tele calling , Relationship Management for the named accounts or territory assigned.
The Inside Sales Specialist ensures customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner and is driven by the Sales Targets assigned.
The role demands interaction with colleagues on the field , sales team and management team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management with the Assigned set of customers.
Meet Target criteria set for lead generation through tele calling and marketing Activities for IT Products , Solutions and Services.
Goal Driven. Reach Quarterly Revenue Quota assigned.
Ability to build multiple contacts within an organization across hierarchy.
Fast response to Customer RFP / RFQ.
Ability to work in a team structure.
