We are looking for a Billing Rules Sr. Analyst QA Testing to join our Claim readiness team within our Technology Enabled Services division.
Your job will be to execute and document rules testing tasks on time to ensure the quality of our rules solutions to clients.

You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of Billing rules Testing tasks to achieve desired output on rules quality assurance testing scenarios.
The Team : To deliver industry-leading billing rules that take action on claims exclusively, and are primarily intended to ensure the content and formatting of claims are in line with payer and industry requirements before submission
Perform tasks or related responsibilities and achieve desired output on rules quality assurance testing scenarios
Responsible to maintain important logs and documentation regarding the details of the tasks performed
Support an environment of accountability and management against goals
Collaborate internally with the team to resolve issues identified from day to day working of tasks
Execute on key quarterly initiatives on the workflow responsible
Shares role-specific content knowledge as applicable
Actively participates with the team and engages peers in learning and understanding
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in healthcare RCM environment, mandatory
Strong ability to communicate in verbal and written communication
Proven ability to grasp quality assurance testing concepts
Quality Assurance testing experience a plus
Communication and business writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to understand quality assurance testing concepts
Ability to understand logic statements
Ability to articulate actions taken and articulate next steps
