  • Active Directory, Network Trouble shooting, VPN, Windows trouble shooting, Printer and Outlook trouble shooting
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows 7 fault resolution.
  • Should have exposure towards ITIL process
  • SLA management
  • This will be for Technical Voice process and call taking profile
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Should be flexible to work in 24 / 7 rotational shifts
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2010 suite.
  • Knowledge of basic desktop and laptop computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Working knowledge of active directory, MS exchange and MS Lync
