Effective handling of Trouble tickets
Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SLA
Sound knowledge in JAVA, JAVA Script, Power shell, Batch scripting, C#, Web / Windows App Development, MS SQL Server / Oracle database development, JQuery, REST / JSON, Ajax,HTML.XML
Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process
Basic knowledge of Linux admin / troubleshooting and scripting a plus
3rd Party Integration such as Network Monitoring tools, Google API, SFTP, Exchange Server, Active Directory etc.
Preferably Certified in MS SQL Server / Oracle Database
Sound knowledge on database development such as SSIS, SSRS, SP, Triggers, SQL Agent Job, Batch data processing
Excellent Communication skills
Experience of development methodologies (like agile and waterfall)
Flexible to work in Europe / US timing
