Key Job Description / ResponsibilitiesJob Title : USI Global Mobility Coordinator (Analyst / Sr. Analyst) Channel / Function : Global Mobility USI Team Position Report to : USI Global Mobility Assistant Manager Location : India Job Overview : The Global Mobility Coordinator role will work as an integral part in supporting Deloittes expanding Global Mobility program.

The Global Mobility Coordinator will be an extension of local mobility teams within each county and provide administrative support across the mobility lifecycle.

This role will also focus on the tracking and coordination of key mobility activities between each country to enable seamless workflow and operations.

The support and coordination provided will help to deliver a stronger and more consistent Talent experience for mobility assignees.

Job Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to member firm (MF) Global Mobility Advisors (GMA) across the mobility assignment lifecycle for all inbound and outbound assignments Initiate, coordinate and track workflows between countries using Global Advantage (GA) technology to ensure delivery and execution of key mobility milestones and activities Support global compliance and adherence to the global policies and guidelines by identifying and tracking variances from policies Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information through the entry, maintenance and management of Assignee information in the global database on an ongoing basis Document, track and report on key mobility performance metrics including policy compliance and the identification of continuous improvement opportunities, e.

g., improvements to process or policy Serve as a super user by providing training and technical support, and championing the use of the Global Advantage technology to applicable users across the member firms Key activities for each stage of the assignment lifecycle are described below : 1.

Assignment initiation and ongoing activities : Create and manage Assignee profile and maintain assignment related documents Provide initial assignment budget / cost estimates and draft firm-

to-firm agreements in standard templates by using Global Advantage (GA) technology and key inputs (e.g., global policies, budgets and Assignee information) provided by the MF GMA and make updates as required by the MF GMAs Create assignment offer letters and consolidate next steps guides and checklists into assignment packages, tracking of approvals and acceptance of the assignment Monitor budget / cost estimate for compliance with global policies and report variances per the escalation policy 2.

Pre-departure activities : Coordinate and track pre-departure services with vendors on behalf of the Assignee this includes tax, immigration, relocation and household goods shipping (HHG) services Track and coordinate set-

up of Talent services to support completion of payroll, benefits, social security and compensation activities for Assignees Track the execution of internal Deloitte home country exit activities (e.

g., removal of IT access) and Deloitte onboarding activities in the host country (e.g., coordination with facilities for building passes) 3.

On-assignment activities : Support tracking of expense claims from Assignees and invoices from vendors for exception and reporting on budget versus actual assignment costs Track and send standard notifications and reminders to the MF GMA during key Assignee events / milestones to support a positive end-

to-end Assignee experience 4. Assignment end activities : Track and report assignments that are ending within the next six months and provide repatriation notifications and checklists to support GMAs in preparing and planning for repatriation Coordinate activities required to support Assignee repatriation / assignment extensions / localization (includes vendor initiation and Talent notifications to trigger internal processes) Provide reports on mobility transactions and policy exceptions and distribute, collect and report on annual Assignee Satisfaction survey as well as feedback from MFs on improvement opportunities Key Skills and Qualifications : Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strong attention to detail Comfortable with numbers, creating formulas and calculations Ability to adapt, manage and organize multiple situations Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities Flexibility and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment Ability to use and adapt to new and changing technologies Strong data entry and management skills and experience Ability to manage a high degree of confidentiality, exercising care in addressing issues, seeking input or counsel before acting in complex situations, and ability to apply these attributes to sensitive issues Proficient in use of relevant computer tools (MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in Global Mobility and / or International HR Service with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects / tasks is required A minimum of a BA / BS required Strong understanding of the professional services environment and international assignments is preferred Experience in data entry and management and working with databases or enterprise wide, web based applications a plus
