Job Description :
1. Support and monitor the development, implementation and maintenance for AI bot system in global contact center
2. Support business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation of best practices and solution frameworks
3. Responsible for implementing Machine Learning, AI, NLP technologies to improve customer journey
4. Support daily data and report analysis on AI bot system, work closely with other internal teams, developers, and vendors to deliver solutions and improve the efficiency and performance of bot system
5. Communicate with business units, understand initiatives, and proactively suggest solutions to the business
What we expect from you :
1. 1 to 3 years of work experience in customer service
2. Bachelors or higher degree in Mathematics, Computer Science is preferred
3. Fast learner with growth mindset eager to learn about cutting edge technologies
4. Good communication and data analysis skills, logical thinking.
5. Self-motivated, energetic, and organized.
6. Flexible and able to work under pressure
